Job summary
This position is responsible for the execution of management to increase corporate and share value, with a focus on business strategy and finance.
The main responsibilities of the position are as follows.
- Formulation and promotion of company-wide management strategies
- Fundraising
- KPI monitoring
- Promotion of alliances
- Communication with various stakeholders
- Back office management
- IPO preparations, etc.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the following firms
- Management consulting firm
- Investment banking experience
- PE fund
- VC
- FAS
- Audit firms/tax accounting firms
- Major financial institutions
- a corporate planning manager in a business company.

Essential Skills/Requirements
- Business level English proficiency
- Experience in business strategy and finance
- Undergraduate degree or above
Welcomed skills/Requirement
- Experience in setting up a back office team
- Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Accountant, CFA, MBA.
